The g880 Story — Where We Started and How Far We've Come
When g880 launched in 2020, the online gaming landscape in Bangladesh looked very different. Most platforms were in foreign languages, payment methods weren't suited to Bangladesh, and getting customer support was a real challenge. g880's founders wanted to change exactly that.
From day one, g880's focus has been on everyday people in Bangladesh — those who want to communicate in Bangla, deposit with bKash, and play Teen Patti or Andar Bahar. This straightforward yet powerful vision is what put g880 on the map so quickly.
In its very first year, g880 surpassed 50,000 registrations. In the second year, we launched our Live Casino section, bringing real-dealer games to our players. By 2023, g880's registered membership had crossed the 1 million mark.
What does 'built for the people of Bangladesh' actually mean?
Many platforms claim to be built for Bangladesh, but at g880 that means something more. Our payment system is fully optimized for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is just ৳100 — because we know every player's budget is different. Customer support is entirely in Bangla, run by a team based right here in Bangladesh.
G880's game library puts a special focus on games familiar to Bangladeshi players, alongside world-class titles. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger — all available on our platform with premium live dealers.
The slots section features games with Bangladeshi themes — the Padma hilsa, Dhaka's rickshaws, the Sundarbans tiger — familiar symbols that players here know well. It may seem like a small detail, but that sense of familiarity means a great deal to Bangladeshi players.
